The staff were incredibly helpful. Enjoyed how modern and ideal the property was. Coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and glassware in my double room were a very thoughtful addition.

Overall modern hotel, I didn't feel like leaving.

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was amazing. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY and excellent, nothing to complain about. Had top location close to public transport, near Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro.

Had real good time there.

the staff at Hart Boutique were extremely friendly and helpful. they even surprised me with a bag of food and drinks for my trip when i mentioned that i would be leaving early the next day. the location of the hotel was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminals for Capri and the old town markets and restaurants. the family room i stayed in was spacious and had two balconies. the beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. i can't recommend this hotel enough!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to train stations and the port, as well as the old city. It made exploring the city very convenient and saved us a lot of time. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and made us feel welcomed.

That the rooms could get quite noisy as they were located close to the reception area. Thicker mattresses would help reduce the noise and improve the overall comfort of the rooms.

Newly furnished double room looked amazing! The bathroom was spacious, had a good-sized shower, a hairdryer, and even a bidet. The staff was really friendly and gave us some awesome suggestions. 😊

The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location in Naples was great, being close to the old Naples, railway station, ferry terminals, Centro Storico, and the center of Naples. I spent 3 nights there and would definitely book again.

This place is in a peaceful area and it's near a metro station, the room is modern and spacious with great amenities like a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge bar, with excellent facilities here.
